Quotes and bookings
Website inquiries are not bookings. Scope, schedule, fees, deliverables, revision terms and usage rights are defined in an applicable quote or agreement.
Deposits, cancellation and rescheduling
A production may require a deposit. Deposits may be non-refundable because a booking can reserve production time and begin planning. Any retained amount, service credit, rescheduling fee or additional cost is determined by the executed project agreement.
Work performed
Completed services, committed third-party costs, approved expenses and work already performed are not refundable unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.
